This is what Martin Gerner writes about Taqi Akhlaqi's novel, which, as the author says, is a book for Germans and not for Afghans. We are very pleased about his contribution to BR24, in which Akhlaqi himself has his say and can tell how he came from his strictly religious family in Afghanistan to Germany, where he questioned his own religion.
