Meeting with the Algerian author Akli Tadjer

In cooperation with the "Festival for Cross-Border Literature Globale°" the French Institute Bremen the audience to meet the Franco-Algerian author Akli Tadjer am Thursday, November 4 at 7:00 p.m a.

In conversation with Phanie Bluteau and Wolfgang Barth he talks about his novel The best way to love as well as his entire literary work, which focuses on Algeria and the question of the relationship between people. He also recalls his experiences with racism, which he wrote in a short story published in French Who isn't racist here? described.

Akli Tadjer was born in Paris in 1954 as the son of Algerian immigrants. He published several successful novels, among others courage and patience (2000) and The satchel carrier (2001). His book The best way to love (2014) was published by Sujet Verlag. Some of his books have been adapted for French television.
