Eberhard Pfleiderer: Dreams

Based on his fascination with the unreal and at the same time everyday phenomenon of dreams, Eberhard Pfleiderer wrote down his dreams for a year immediately after waking up. These dream protocols, which he calls night dream texts, are supplemented by lyrical texts that are floating reality, daydreams, daydreams - day dream texts.

Description

The lyrical part of this book differs visually from the Nachttraum texts and is linguistically consciously designed and edited. He wanted this tension between prose and poetry texts: only together do they form a whole. Eberhard Pfleiderer does not offer any interpretations of dreams, rather he invites the reader to take a look at his own dreams with the help of his dream texts.

The meadow

I go over a fence into the meadow.
She is white, snow or fog, that is
hard to see. I go on. In
the fog, in the snow immersed completely
many small houses. I'm going towards it.
they melt. I go so close until
they are all melted together. I
go on and on.
