Martin Bührig was born in Bochum in 1957. He studied medicine and philosophy in Siena, Hamburg and Lübeck. This was followed by training in psychiatry and psychotherapy. Since 2003 he has been chief physician at the psychiatric treatment center in Bremen. his tales times of day were published in 1982 by Wagner Verlag. This was followed by publications in literary magazines (“Westfalenspiegel”, “Passagen”, etc.).
