Fadi Masri Zada studied engineering at the University of Damascus, but discovered photography as his true passion in Paris in 1989. Back in Damascus, he was primarily inspired by the old town, one of the oldest districts in the world, whose history he expressively visualizes through a unique composition.
Fadi Masri Zada received several awards. Among other things, he won the annual competition of the Syrian Photographic Art Club in 1994 and 1996.
His works have been shown in numerous group exhibitions and five solo exhibitions worldwide.
In his poems, Suleman Taufiq takes us into a wonderful foreign world, a world with all its transience, excess, changeability, imponderability, on a poetic journey between places, languages and times.
What do you do
i tame
the hope,
train
patience
and free
me from doubt."
