We are pleased to have another fantastic review of “Infinite is the Night” by Pedro Kadivar. The review comes from book blogger ein.lesewesen, who we also met at the Frankfurt Book Fair. She writes very movingly about how the book resonates with her own lived experience and how it sometimes puts this into words she hadn't found before. The founder and owner of Sujet Verlag, Madjid Mohit, gave an interview in the literary magazine Bremen. It's about Narges Mohammadi, who was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for her fight for women's rights in Iran, but still has to serve a prison sentence in her home country for the same. Sujet Verlag is pleased to have another wonderful review from Annette Hertrich, better known on Instagram as @ins_lebenlesen. This time she is writing about “Mahtab”, the new novel by Nassir Djafari. The book follows the protagonist of the same name, a mother who immigrated from Iran in Frankfurt in the 1960s, who is looking for her way between traditional values and the freedoms and depths of modern life. The book can of course be found in our shop: https://sujetverlag.de/buecher/mahtab/ Here is the link to the review: https://www.instagram.com/p/Czni6z9tWwv/
