Reading: Bernd Jaeger reads from “Little Days in Closing”

The Bremen poet Bernd Jaeger will read from his volume of poetry “Kleine Tage in Klausur” on Tuesday, May 7th in the Text’n Art rooms at Sujet Verlag. In this he writes with a distancing (self-)irony about his everyday thoughts and prayers, which succeeds in making readers both laugh and think. Using creative and political language, his poetry deals with life, faith and time.

Reading with Ali Abdollahi in Dresden

On September 12th, Ali Abdollahi is coming to Dresden to present his volumes of poetry and his anthology “A Thief in the Dark Stares at a Painting”. The anthology was published by us in 2021 and is a collection of Persian-language poetry from the 21st century that Ali Abdollahi selected and translated together with Kurt Scharf. Reading with Ramy Al-Asheq in Berlin

On September 2, 2021, the Syrian-Palestinian author Ramy Al-Asheq will read from his collection of poetry, Gedächtnishunde, as part of the reading series "Berlin Contemporary Literature".
