4th Bremen Literature Night

The Bremer Literaturkontor and Wellenschlag Text- und Verlagskontor are organizing the Bremen literature festival “Bremen reads” on September 3rd, 2021. At this event, Bremen authors present their works in various bookshops throughout the city. This year, two authors from Sujet Verlag will also be presenting their books.

Magdaléna Stárková My next first word

One 6:30 p.m will Magdaléna Stárková in the Pusdorf Studios, Ladestrasse 12–14 from her new volume of poetry My next first word read.
Magdaléna Stárková's poems were created in between countries, places and languages. Home here and there and the quiet processes of getting to know each other, alienation and reconciliation are themes in the author's lyrical works.

Fabian Schefold Mr A‑Work Stories

In the Bookstore Franz Leuwer, Am Wall 171 liest Fabian Schefold a 7:15 p.m from his short stories Mr A - Work Stories in front. These light-hearted, work-themed stories provide insight into everyday situations, some of which will sound familiar to the reader, while others will seem absurd. But they all have one thing in common: they exude a great deal of humor and cheerfulness.
