Cymin Samawatie has made a podcast on Forough Farrochsad's work 'Those Days' for the Friends of the Museum of Islamic Art in the Pergamon Museum. She talks to guests about the poet and the topicality of her texts, as well as setting her poems to music with her trio Cyminology and much more. Good news! We've waited a long time, but it's finally here: the second volume of the Persian poetry anthology “A thief in the dark stares at a painting”. It can be seen as the follow-up volume to the volume of poetry "Halt aus in der Nacht bis zum Wein", which was published in 2019 and has now been published in a second edition. While the editor Kurt Scharf dedicated Volume 1 to the Persian-speaking poets of the 20th century, in Volume 2 he now turns to Ali Abdollahi

The Bremen book premiere (BBP) of the volume of poetry "Gläserne Fehde" by Schirin Nowrousian is now available on our YouTube channel! The author reads from her work, Heidrun Immendorf from the Bremer Literaturkontor moderates the evening. "Gläserne Fehde" was published in November 2019 by Bremer Sujet Verlag and was supposed to celebrate its premiere in March 2020. The event could not take place due to the pandemic and the second date on November 3rd, 2020 had to be canceled at short notice.
