Organisiert von der Gesellschaft für bedrohte Völker (GfbV), findet am sechsten Dezember, in Göttingen, eine Lesung mit Halim Youssef statt, der aus seinem neuen Roman "99 zerstreute Perlen" vorliest. In seinem jüngsten Werk präsentiert Youssef die Lebensgeschichte eines syrischen Übersetzers, Azado, der in den gelebten Erfahrungen der Flüchtlinge, mit denen er arbeitet, einen Spiegel seiner eigenen Vergangenheit erkennt.
